Metabot.es does not receive, hold, manage, or custody user funds, does not execute financial transactions on behalf of users, and does not make investment decisions for third parties.

2. Software and Tools

The platform may allow users to install, manage, or run automated tools, scripts, Expert Advisors (EAs), API connectors, or automation software that are publicly available or developed by third parties.

Metabot.es does not guarantee:

• continuous operation of such tools,
• compatibility with any specific broker,
• absence of errors,
• or any financial outcome whatsoever.

Any financial activity performed using such tools is carried out exclusively under the user’s own control and responsibility.

3. User Infrastructure

Each user operates using their own:

• broker,
• trading account,
• VPS server,
• credentials,
• APIs,
• capital,
• and technical infrastructure.

Metabot.es does not host client funds and does not operate financial execution servers on behalf of users.

The user retains ownership and control of their accounts and servers at all times.

4. No Financial Advice

All information displayed on the platform is provided solely for technical, informational, or educational purposes.

Metabot.es does not provide investment recommendations or personalized financial advice.

Any example configuration, automation setup, technical parameter, or deployment shown within the platform:

• does not constitute financial advice,
• does not imply expected profitability,
• and should not be interpreted as an investment recommendation.

The user is solely responsible for:

5. Trading Risks

The user expressly authorizes such technical access solely for support, installation, and maintenance purposes.

• use restricted credentials whenever possible,

• and change passwords or access credentials after support sessions are completed.

Manual modifications to technical configurations performed during support may affect the proper functioning of the service.

9. Service Availability

Metabot.es does not guarantee uninterrupted or continuous platform availability.

10. Acceptable Use
